This breakfast is like starting the day with a dessert. It's desserty, but not too sweet.
This is a low calorie breakfast that certainly doesn't taste like it. It's chocolatey, creamy and yummy. It's also super easy to make and to adjust according to your taste - if you like it sweeter you can add more agave, if you like it less sweet (which I don't think will be an issue) you can skip the agave nectar of use a different kind of milk than oatmilk, since it brings most of the sweetness to this recipe.

Ingredients
35 g Buckwheat Hot Cereal
120 ml Oatmilk
60 ml Water
10 g Dry Roasted Unsalted Hazelnuts
2 tbsp Cashew Cream (recipe here) (can be substituted with any other cream)
8 g Dark Chocolate chips
1 tsp Cacao (100%)
1/2 tsp Agave Nectar
Salt to taste
Instructions
Buckwheat Meal
1. Bring buckwheat, water, oatmilk, cacao, salt and agave nectar to a boil in a saucepan. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, depending on what consistency you like.
Assembly
2. Pour the buckwheat into a bowl and top it with some cashew cream (recipe here), hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
