Chocolate Buckwheat Meal with Hazelnut and Cashew Cream

Updated: May 14, 2021

This breakfast is like starting the day with a dessert. It's desserty, but not too sweet.

This is a low calorie breakfast that certainly doesn't taste like it. It's chocolatey, creamy and yummy. It's also super easy to make and to adjust according to your taste - if you like it sweeter you can add more agave, if you like it less sweet (which I don't think will be an issue) you can skip the agave nectar of use a different kind of milk than oatmilk, since it brings most of the sweetness to this recipe.
