This cashew cream can be added to any type of oatmeal, chia pudding or anything else you might use cream for.
This smooth cashew cream adds that little extra to a regular chia pudding, oatmeal, buckwheat meal...you name it. It really provides that extra luxury feeling. It sounds (and tastes) like a complicated thing but it really is the simplest process and we promise you will love it! Although it's very simple, it does require some planning since the cashews needs to be soaked at least 4 hours before use to ensure that smooth texture. We usually soak it overnight. If you go with just the 4 hours, we recommend using hot water.
The ingredients below is for one serving, but we usually make more and store it in a mason jar.
This recipe is a simple plain version but you can always apply additional flavors to it, like orange blossom water, cardamom, lemon or whatever you like.
